An old adage from the theatre is, “in life, one of the few things you can control is your breath.” Well, enjoying breath is something we do not take for granted given the many pleas for breath from covid-19, and the many other events where breath has been stolen from people this past year. There are many ways to appreciate our breath and enhance its healing and life-giving properties.
The current pandemic has caused unprecedented changes in nearly every area of our lives. Ever since January, 2020, when the first laboratory-confirmed case of COVID-19 in the United States was reported to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, we have felt the drastic impact ripple throughout every home, community, and country.
