Dr. Gazda’s approach may include the activities of carefully selected health coaches, nutritionists, neuro-feedback practitioners or other trained professionals to facilitate your personalized treatment plan.

Patients must have a Primary Care Physician (PCP) in order to schedule an appointment with Dr. Gazda. Our practice is not intended to substitute for general medical care that is traditionally provided by your family doctor. 

Dr. Gazda sees patients from outside the San Antonio area on a case-by-case basis. Please call our office for more information.
 
Initial appointments are in-person, at our San Antonio, Texas location; follow-ups can be facilitated remotely and as appropriate.
